In 2025, the domestic and international environment is undergoing significant changes and adjustments, and the Company's business focus is gradually shifting from pursuing revenue growth to improving operational quality. For each product line and every business, the Company has formulated corresponding strategies, optimized internal operational mechanisms and resource allocation, and improved operating performance. The Company achieved a total operating revenue of 9.25 billion yuan, a net profit attributable to shareholders of 1.42 billion yuan, representing an 18.52% year-over-year increase; net operating cash flow reached 2.53 billion yuan, a 91.04% year-over-year increase. At the same time, the Company further increased its dividend ratio. The 2025 profit distribution plan is as follows: cash dividends of 7.50 yuan for every 10 shares, with a proposed cash dividend amount of 687.4 million yuan. The estimated total cash dividends for 2025 amount to approximately 1.05 billion yuan (including the 2025 interim dividends already implemented), accounting for 74.25% of the Company's 2025 net profit attributable to shareholders.
