How to check device serial number and version
You can find device model type and serial number on the package label or the device label.
Take below picture as an example, the serial number in below picture is F88550263.
Please login device via web browser, enter Configuration - System - System Settings - Basic Information to check device model, serial number and firmware.
Take below picture as an example, the serial number in below picture is GA5357668.
For GUI 4.0 device, the serial number is the last 9 digits and letters.
Take below picture as an example, the serial number in below picture is AW7243727.
For GUI 5.0 device, enter System Maintenance > Running Info >System Info check Serial no.
Take below picture as an example, the serial number in below picture is GN9169595.
For EUI 5.0 device, click “Maintenance” icon to check the device serial number.
Take below picture as an example, the serial number in below picture is FX4796791.
