    If you are a security researcher and have discovered a security vulnerability in Hikvision products, we encourage you to report it to us. Please submit your security vulnerability report using the form below. Thank you for your attention and support regarding Hikvision security.

    Response times

    Within two business days, a member of the Hikvision Security Response Center (HSRC) will confirm receipt of the vulnerability report and begin evaluating the issue. If necessary, we will communicate with the reporter to confirm details or request assistance.

    The relevant business departments will determine a timeline for fixing the vulnerability based on its severity, complexity, and version release cycle. For severe or high-impact vulnerabilities, a separate security advisory may be issued.
